Greater Bemidji Area Zoning & Subdivision Regulations Ordinance - An ordinance enacted and enforced by the City of Bemidji, Northern Township and Bemidji Township to provide for the wise utilization of land and water resources through planned subdivision, development, and use of land within the Greater Bemidji Area.
Nuisance Ordinance - The purpose of this ordinance is to protect the health, safety, welfare, and property values of all residents of Bemidji Township through regulation of nuisances that affect same throughout the Township.
Rental Property Ordinance - The purpose of this ordinance is to protect the health, safety and welfare of all residents of Bemidji Township through regulation of rental dwelling properties located throughout the township.
