Township Notices

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Bemidji Township, County of Beltrami, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Township Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2012. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.

The Election Poll Hours will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at which time the voters will elect:

Town Board Supervisor, three year term, Position C

Town Board Supervisor, three year term, Position D

Town Board Supervisor, one year term (due to resignation), Position E

The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.

The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the Bemidji Town Hall, 148 Carr Lake Road SE, Bemidji, MN 56601

The Board of Canvass will meet on March 13, 2012, following the Annual Meeting to certify the official election results.
